The USS Power DD-839 reunion is scheduled for May 24-28, 2027, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, with plans for tours, ceremonies, and elections. Membership dues are encouraged for newsletter revival. The shipmates and ladies’ auxiliary shared memories, tours, and ceremonies honoring departed members. The chaplain offered prayers, emphasizing gratitude, remembrance, and fellowship.
If you haven’t paid your 2026 dues, you can send into me $30.00 made out to USS POWER DD 839 ASSOC. for paid up 2026 & 2027 up to December 2027 go to our website. www.usspowerdd839.com print out the New Membership Form fill out and mail to me on bottom of form is my address if you have any questions, you can email my email address. jpinto839@gmail.com You will be getting your copy of the next August newsletter sent to your email address and posted on the USS POWER WEBSITE. This is due to the cost of mailing & low membership dues if they increase we will go back to newsletter mail out by snail mail again starting December.
